For orders within Hong Kong, we charge a flat handling fee of HK$100 per order to cover domestic courier and processing costs.
For orders outside Hong Kong, we charge a flat handling fee of HK$200 per order to cover basic international courier and processing costs.
If the actual courier costs for an international order are higher than HK$200, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference between the HK$200 handling fee and the final courier charges. We will provide an estimate of the additional courier fees prior to completing the order and obtaining the customer's approval to proceed.
